Stacy Stack CTS, CSP, EUCP - Director of Training

 

 
As a professional trainer, Stacy Stack charismatically motivates her audience through expertise and laughter. Stacy directs the development and implementation of employee training for Express offices in Arizona, Oregon, and SW Washington and trained over 1,500 Express managers and contributors in 2010.  She has been with Express for over 19 years, and is certified through the National Association of Personnel Services as a 
Temporary Staffing Specialist as well as holds the designation of Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Association. Both certifications are designations of knowledge and continued education in the temporary help industry.
 
Resourced as an expert in analyzing staffing practices and identifying performance improvement strategies, Stacy also regularly instructs workshops for client companies and temporary associates to enhance results achieved in the workplace. Recent workshops include Performance Based Hiring, Outstanding Customer Service, Effective Time Management, Job Search & Interviewing Skills, Generations in the Workplace and more.    
 
Stacy is an approved instructor through the Ken Blanchard Leadership company and has the ability to instruct the Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership II and Situational Self Leadership Programs to client companies. These two programs are designed to enhance the onboarding process and assist in increasing the retention and development of a company's workforce.

Lisa Lofaro Kinder, PHR - Staffing Manager

Lisa joined the Express Team in May 2011. Previously, Lisa was the HR/Office Manager of an Aerospace Materials Manufacturing Corporation in  the Mesa area for nearly 10 years. Lisa acquired her PHR Certification in 2010; additionally she is completing her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix ~ class of 2012. Her passion for people and her positive experience with our services is what attracted her to join the Mesa team.
